What is the process for a new custom home from Pleasant Ridge?
Initial meeting to determine needs. Design stage as needed. Estimate, Financing, Pre-Construction Meeting. Construction, Final selections and completion.
Do I pick materials and the design selection?
We work directly with you and our many suppliers to select the exact design and finish you want to make your perfect custom home a reality.
How much supervision is needed during construction?
Selection of finished materials only. We offer true turnkey construction and handle every part of the process, from onsite facilities to clean up, you don’t need to worry about anything as we build your custom home!
Do you offer a warranty?
We proudly offer a 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty from a 3rd party. That is a 2 year systems warranty and a 10 year structural warranty.
